2 Sailfish, 4 Mahi mahi and 2 small Sharks, Mr. Newell and wife on board of the JuanErnesto boat with Captain Francisco Serrano and Carlos.

Sunday Agust 10th 2008

Jessy Charles and Kennet Muñoz from Yucaipa Californa, had an excellent day,1 Sailfish, 6 Dorados and 6 Yellowfin Tuna were caught, Juan Ernesto boat with Captain Francisco Serrano and Carlos.

 

August 2008, Great sunny summer days, Sailfish and Mahi mahi still the best catch these days. Roosterfish are feeding at Mazatlan's beaches, you must try to beat your record.

About Salt Water Fishing Trips

Inshore Fishing Trips:

Fishing for Snappers, Trigger fish, Grouper, Courvina, Pearch, Jack Crevalle, Spanish Mackerell  and Roosterfish, This and many other kind of fish can be found in the rich waters of Mazatlan. Trolling or Casting Lures, Chumming bait and trolling live bait are the  inshore  techniques used by  our  local fishermen. Looking for spots at rocky bottoms, around the islands in front of Mazatlan or at the beautiful beaches of Marmol  (40 minutes north of Mazatlan along the coast).

Offshore Fishing Trips:

Most common catch are Yellow fin tuna, Dorado (mahi mahi), Sailfish, Striped Marlin, Blue Marlin also with some chances of catching Mako Shark, Hammer head Shark and Wahoo. Trolling lures and bait, these boats leave the harbor at around 6 am for the adventure every morning. Going out for about 15 miles out in the ocean to start trolling and going as far as 30 miles out looking for the best catch of the day. All boats have everything to make your trips comfortable and safe. Our crew is capable of giving the best service with professionalism.

Fly Fishing Trips:

Although this is not one of local fishermen most common type of fishing. Fly Fishing has become quite popular among most skilled crews because of the challenge that represents. Fishing for Dorado, Rooster, Jack Crevalle or even Bill fish our crew members are totally capable of guiding a Fly Fishing Trip of your choice.
